St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner. That said, I thought of making a round up of the most enticing, appetizing and delicious looking desserts that I’ve ever seen. I think maybe because it has Guinness in it. 🙂 To be honest, I had no idea that they actually used Guinness Ale for desserts until I came across one last night. Me being a lover of desserts, I find it so interesting. I know I have to try making one. Not that I drink a lot of Guinness, but the husband loves it so he will be delighted.
I collected recipes from Pinterest of what I consider the most delectable of all. I am not at all a drinker although I must admit that I had my fair share of beer back in the day. I can’t even remember the last time I had beer. And talking about Guinness, I wasn’t introduced to it until the hubs took me to an Irish Pub two years ago. I only had a sip though because I was the designated driver. But there is no reason for me not to make one or all of these here at home anytime soon since there’s no need for me to drive.
So here you go, friends. Ten of the most delectable Guinness desserts for me. I am a chocoholic, that’s for sure so can you blame me if all of the recipes have chocolates in them? 🙂
