The Holidays are my absolute favorite times of the year. And with those times come stress… that is if you’re not prepared enough for it. For me, been there and done that. But I’ve learned how to make it stress-free for me and for the whole family.
One stress-free thing that I’ve learned, even though it gets super busy around here, is feeding my family home-cooked meals. Easy to prepare home-cooked meals that are ready in minutes, that is. I grew up with home-cooked meals and although I also love to eat out or get takeouts, I still prefer home-cooked meals most of the time. And when things get hectic, nothing beats meals that are not only delicious but quick and easy to prepare too. That’s how Real Flavor Real Fast comes in.
Smithfield® is known for their savory marinated fresh pork. Smithfield Marinated Pork has been slowly-marinated with seasoning already added in the bag. We’ve been fans of their marinated pork for as long as I can remember. From pork loin fillets to roasts and tenderloins…we love them all, especially on those hectic days. I either saute, grill or roast them. And today, I’m sharing how I roasted the Smithfield Marinated Pork Tenderloin with vegetables which took less than an hour to prepare and cook.
I chose the Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic & Herb Pork Tenderloin for this dish which we bought at Food Lion.
I’ve added two of my most favorite vegetables for this recipe – potatoes and baby carrots which we also bought from Food Lion.
It only took me 10 minutes to prepare everything and after 35 minutes in the oven, voila! My one-pan roasted pork tenderloin with vegetables was ready!
Here’s the recipe for you to try:

The Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork surely lives up to its campaign…“Real Flavor Real Fast.” Try it out and you’ll think so too!

Your one pan roasted pork tenderloin and vegetables looks delicious. I love the Smithfield marinated pork tenderloins and buy them often.
This is one of my FAVORITE easy weeknight meal ideas since they are so easy to cook. Loving how you paired it with veggies.
I like using tenderloins in dishes because I do not have bones to remove and so I find it easy to eat. Although sometimes they taste bland so I like these kinds of flavored with spices already. I like that you put some veggies as sides, they look more palatable. 🙂
This recipe looks very easy and delicious! I love one pan recipes that make it easy to serve and also to clean up!
