Stir-fries are so easy to prepare; a delicious entree and one of the most popular among the many Asian dishes. This beef & bean sprout stir-fry is one of my most favorites. My mom was the one who taught me this simple and easy-to-prepare recipe which is perfect for those busy nights. Or you can have it for lunch too.
This beef & bean sprout stir-fry is best paired with steamed rice…all the time. And I always prefer brown rice to be precise.
With minimal ingredients, this dish is so affordable. You can actually make this for less than $5 and the serving is good for 3-4 persons.

I used to use canned bean sprouts which you can find in the Asian section at the supermarket. But after I discovered that a local Asian store sells fresh produce, that is where I bought them because, more than anything, I always prefer fresh to canned.
There are a lot of different ways that you can prepare beef and bean sprout stir-fry and you can find a lot of different ways to prepare it online. Some even have an elaborate way of preparing this dish with more ingredients. I have always prepared it this way and have always loved how it tastes.
Have you tried using bean sprouts in a dish or preparing this recipe for that matter?
Happy Friday folks and enjoy your weekend!

I’ve never had a dish like this before, but it sounds like a good combination. I can see this being good on lettuce too, as a lettuce wrap.
