What would you feel when you found out that somebody or some individuals messed up with your property? That’s what Peregrine experienced and look at what the culprit or culprits did to his mailbox and to his neighbors’ mailboxes. Such a ruthless thing to do, right? For the record, Peregrine knows no one who is angry with him. For certain, he’s a good neighbor and a contributor to his local community. He was just a victim of those individuals who can’t think of anything to do other than destroy someone’s else’s property. I wonder what’s on their mind? Peregrine has no idea who did it, but it’s not a new event in his life; he told me that this has happened several times over the years, usually being done by bored teenagers driving down the road with a baseball bat, hanging out of the car and smashing boxes as they drive by. This, however, was a more concerted effort, and no other boxes up or down the road were damaged. Suspicious, indeed. But the incident was reported to the proper authorities and I do wonder if they’ll ever catch the culprit(s).
