How they made their millions and where they started are just some of the questions in my mind in regard to the successful businessmen that are hitting it big in the world. Though I know some of them only continue to what their ancestors started, we know for certain that some of them really started from scratch and made it big using their own sweat and tears.

I do wonder how it all started with Federico Pignatelli – the CEO of Biolase. I read an article about him that tackles his decision to receive a $1 salary just to get the company back on track. We do know how the economy is doing as of late. Now that’s a wise idea from a businessman, right? He is not only thinking of himself, but the business as a whole. Great leadership he has.
