My son was invited to his classmate/buddy’s birthday party which was held at a skating rink. It was our first trip to the skating rink here in the U.S. It was our son’s first time to skate too, but despite the falls, he surely had a blast.
Outside Tarwheels Skateway. It was located in a nearby town and I think we drove about twenty minutes to get there.
There’s our son with the birthday celebrant. His friend taught him the tricks and gave him tips on how to do it. He did fall several times but it didn’t stop him from trying some more. H eventually learned the tricks. He still needs some more practice though to improve his confidence and be graceful in doing it.
Even Hubby had to rent the roller skates to help teach him. I didn’t have the guts to do it so I enjoyed myself watching them and taking photos. It was truly a fun day for all!
