My husband surprised me with another road trip on my birthday last September. That was what he did on my birthday last year too. He knows I love traveling, seeing and exploring new places so that was what he did. And he really aced that one.

I am not going to tell you yet on where he took me. But of course, not to forget, we had our little one in tow. In the meantime, I am going to show you this. Look at the photo. We passed by this parkway on our way to our destination. Hubby stopped to stretch his legs and to do something too – something that couldn’t wait any longer. Do you want to take a guess? I’ll let your imagination run on that one because I am not going to tell. Why? I’m afraid the hubs might kill me. LOL.

There were two cars parked in there when we arrived. Both with couples who were enjoying the views just like us. I took photos of the mountains and scenery from this overlook, but my point and shoot camera didn’t do justice to the beauty that I saw so, I decided not to include it here.
