After visiting Gatlinburg, TN, we drove by Pigeon Forge, TN too on our way to Sevierville to shop at the Tanger Outlet. On our way there, we passed by this water park. We couldn’t see the park from the road, but we did see the parking lot and how packed it was. It was in the late summer and without a doubt, people were really out to freshen up. We could have checked the place too if we only had the time, but it was almost late in the afternoon. Besides, it wasn’t in Hubby’s plan to visit the place. Maybe next time.

Have you heard of the place? If you haven’t, the place is owned by the famous celebrity Dolly Parton. And this water park is only a part of her Dollywood Theme Park. The park is huge and a day is certainly not enough for you to explore it.

We need to plan a different trip to see Dollywood. A trip that is only focus in it for us to see everything and enjoy what it has to offer.

The place is only about two-hour drive from here so no biggy. Maybe we’ll make a trip there next summer. We’ll see about that.
