After taking us to the Grove Park Inn to witness the Gingerbread Competition, Ms. Carol took us to a one-of-a-kind toy store. It was a couple of weeks after that trip to the inn. It was in the second or third week of December that time and the store was packed with Christmas shoppers.
There were just so much toys and I truly enjoyed browsing each and everyone of them. More so the little one. He checked piece by piece, I believe. LOL.
I just love those gigantic toy soldiers at the entrance of the store. Reminds me of the movies that I’ve seen on T.V. that had elaborate Christmas decorations. So amazing to see them for real. My son looked like a miniature toy in front of the soldier, does he?
The store is located at Biltmore Park Town Square, a town center that is located at the southern part of the city. It’s quite a drive from home since we live in the north, but it was truly worth the drive.
Stuffed toys. This was just at the small section of the store, and just a part of the huge amount of toys that they have. I love that giraffe. If only I could take it home with me. (“,)
It has been almost three years since we made that trip to the toy store. Writing about this now makes want to go there again. Maybe we will. Hubby and I need to get the little one more Christmas presents anyway.
