My son and I have just been here in the U.S. for five months when we had our first road trip. Hubby was invited by our neighbor to go with him and we came along.
We went to a little town in Kentucky (I forgot the name exactly, sorry) and this photos here were some that I’ve taken.
This was still in Tennessee. That’s my son on the right and our neighbor’s son on the left playing. You can only see their silhouettes and on the horizon, the sun was starting to rise. Beautiful isn’t it?
This was at the rest area, by the way. We stopped by for some…(you know what) and so our drivers could switch too. It was hubby’s turn to drive when we left the area.
And this was already in Kentucky. This was taken at the backyard of the house that we went to.
I just love the tree. I thought it was oak but Hubby said no. You have any idea what it is? Please do let me know.
We stayed there for like an hour or two then we split. Our neighbor drove the car that he bought there with his son, and then Hubby, our son and I went for a little adventure in the other part of Kentucky which Hubby talked about HERE. We went to Flat Lick. The name is just cute, isn’t it?
This was only the beginning of the many road trips that we’ve had. I will talk more about each and everyone of them soon. Thanks to my adventuresome Hubby. I wouldn’t have seen and reached places if not for him. (“,)
