Happy Food Trip Friday!
Are you excited that Halloween is right around the corner? I am! I mean, we are! Our son maybe a teen already, but that won’t stop him from going out trick-or-treating. He’s not too old to go yet, anyway, is he? 😉 He’s passing on the costume from here on now though, he says. Maybe when he gets older, he will change his mind.
As usual, we’ll go to this part of the city where the residents really do elaborate decorations. And usually, families who go there dress up elaborately too – from the parents to the kiddos which is really fun! That’s one thing that I actually look forward to going trick-or-treating there, their decorations and costumes never fail to delight me like a little girl. 🙂 Without a doubt, my husband and son are kids too. My husband because of his love of baseball and my son because of his love of computer games. And I have to live with that and treat them like kids when it comes to treating their sweet tooths!
Another thing that makes me excited on Halloween is the treats!
5 Fun and Cute Halloween Treats
Who wouldn’t get excited? Look how fun and cute these treats are. Some of them are almost too pretty to eat, aren’t they?
Among the five fun and cute treats that I’ve rounded up above, I’ve only done these mini donut spiders which didn’t only delight our son, but the hubs as well. I think I will prepare these cutie little spiders again this Halloween. And if I have the time, I’ll pick one or two among those other cute treats too. I’ve been thinking about making cupcakes for a while now. We’ll see. I know for sure both my husband and son who have sweet tooth like me would be overjoyed!
How about you? Any treats you are planning to prepare on Halloween?
Hope you all enjoy your weekend!
