Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend! It was cold over the weekend so other than doing our usual grocery shopping, we opted to just stay home and watched movie after movie. No complaints about that kind of weekend over here at all. 🙂
Anyway, I was looking through the photos on my phone today and after seeing all these photos, I realized that I haven’t shared about our trip to the light show last year at Shadrack’s Christmas Wonderland yet. We checked it out a few days before Christmas right after we got home from our Christmas trip to New York City. I was thinking that it’s a bit late to share it since it’s no longer the holiday season not to mention, January is almost over and I’m already seeing a lot of Valentine’s Day stuff everywhere I go. But then again, some of these light images weren’t all of a Christmas nature so I thought, why not still share it, right? Right! 🙂
The light show boasts of different light structures like that of a fairy tale book.
There’s the prince who turned into a frog with the princess. I think that was what it was.
There’s Peter Pan sailing off on his magical adventure.
And…Jack and the Beanstalk.
Not sure what story this was, but can you see the witch? 🙂

End of the story.
That was the fairy tale part of the light show. As we drove through the entire show, all the lights were synchronized to Christmas music that we could pick up on our radio. It was really beautiful and perfect for the whole family to see and enjoy.

What an amazing show. The only light show I’ve seen was the Electrical parade in Disney.
I have never heard of shadracks light show. I haven’t been to a light show in years. Its use to be something that we did when the kids were young. I am going to have to try it again.

The lights are beautiful. I wish that they had something like this a bit closer to our home. For something like this, we would have to travel over an hour and it has a pricey admission fee.
Wow, so pretty! We did something similar with our boys around Christmas time, so magical and fun for all ages!

This is so fun! We always go to a similar light show in our area as well – ours is in a botanical garden, so a lot of the light setups are around various plants – it is so exciting for the kids!
