I took these photos a little less than a couple of weeks ago after my husband had his golf session…his last for the year I think because he is such a wuss and he won’t play golf when it’s chilly. 🙂 But he’s been talking about wanting to play one more time so we’ll see about that.
We drove downtown and it was such perfect timing because the colors had reached their peak. We didn’t get out of the car though because there wasn’t any parking available. That’s the Pack Square Park you’re seeing and the two famous Asheville landmarks…the courthouse on the left and the City Hall on the right.
This is my seventh year of enjoying the beauty of autumn here in the U.S. and its beauty still never fails to amaze me…one reason why it is my most favorite season of all here in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
It was sunny while we were at the golf course, but then it turned gloomy after we left thus, the not-so-bright pictures. And I just used my cellphone in taking these.
Still, you can see the beauty, regardless.
Asheville is really beautiful in the fall.
And this was at the golf course. These two yellow trees were located right in the middle of the golf course and were glowing in a vibrant aura. Looky who were hanging out close to it…the ducks. They are always there whenever we go, but we usually see them near the pine trees. This time they chose to hang out where these beauties were. They’ve got good taste. LOL.
You must have seen this photo already if you are following me on Instagram.
There am I loving the beauty of those yellow trees with our duck friends. 🙂
Have you visited Asheville in autumn? If not yet, you should!

Ah! Here where we live all the leaves have fallen off the trees, Autumn comes here in October. It’s my favorite time of year too…although now that we live in a much cooler climate, summer might end up being my favorite time of year. But nothing beats fall colors!

Asheville is so beautiful. I love fall too especially when the trees showcase the beautiful red leaves. We have had a late fall here in Texas and the trees started changing a few weeks ago.

I appreciate that you have the fall colors without the cold weather we get in Michigan. The downtown architecture in your picture is very interesting. I enjoy visiting downtowns with old buildings that have weathered some decades in them.

The trees look beautiful, I love the fall season for this reason. The yellow tree is beautiful, we have a few like this is my neighborhood.
