Summer is in full swing and we couldn’t be any happier because there is so much to do and enjoy in the summertime. And although we’re constantly pushing ourselves to getting things done, we are enjoying and loving it. For us, it’s like “strike while the iron is hot!” I mean, you don’t get this warm weather the whole year round so let’s enjoy it and make as much use of it as we can.
So what’s keeping our summer hectic? Yard work for the hubs and house work for me. And home improvements for the two of us. As for our teen son, there’s many soccer practices because he will be trying out for JV soccer for the upcoming season at school.
But when a day in the life gets hectic, or even just a little hectic, what’s the easiest yet most delicious food to grab and prepare? PIZZA!
I shared here on the blog before about meal planning. And as I’ve said, I only cook five times a week. And then one day is spent on leftovers and another day is spent on pizza. But I must admit, more days are spent on pizza in the summertime. Yes, we love our pizza!
And what’s the best thing about pizza? Well, you put it in the oven, cook for a few minutes and voila! A delicious meal is ready to serve! It gets no better than that.
Red Baron has always been our favorite pizza brand. And pepperoni has always been our favorite flavor.
And what makes the Red Baron Classic Crust so special? It is not too thin nor too thick with just the right amount of crunch which makes it so perfect.

Red Baron is one of my go-to’s for family meals on busy nights. Everyone loves it, and it saves me so much time.
Ha, I probably should not have read this while hungry … looks so good! I’m craving pizza now although I was planning on steak for dinner. Yum.
I have never heard of Red Baron before, but that pizza looks just as good as take out! We are constantly on the run and rushing through dinner. This would be a great dinner idea!
We love a good frozen pizza. It’s such a convenient option when we are short on time.
Our summer has been pretty busy. I need to get one of those pizza cookers so we can have quick dinners without heating up the oven.
My summer has been wonderfully chaotic – super busy! I had their cheese pizza yesterday and it was so delicious.
I think I’m going to have to switch back to Red Baron pizzas for our easy meal nights. My only issue with them, is they are small and don’t feed my whole family, but they are priced great, so I just might have to buy two and cook two up at one time. Like you, our summer is crazy busy and I love it! We’ve got road trips and camping trips lined up. It is going to be great!
