My favorite among the four seasons is here. We actually had some fall temps a few days ago and it got me excited.
And pumpkins are already sold at the supermarket. Of course I had to snap a photo as soon as I laid my eyes on them. I still haven’t decorated yet, though, because I still have to go shopping for some fall decor. It’s been a little hectic over here so shopping has to take a back seat.
My Favorite Season
Not winter, not spring, not summer…but fall. I came from a tropical country and we only have two seasons there…rainy and dry seasons. So can you imagine how amazed I was when I first experienced fall with all those beautiful autumn leaves? While it was no big deal to my husband who has seen it all his life, it was fascinating for me. And that was one of the reasons, why I fell in love with fall.
Halloween
Our son is already a teen and he said he has already graduated from trick-or-treating which is totally okay with me. Besides, there are other fun things to do other than trick-or-treating.

Thanksgiving
We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in the Philippines, but I have grown to love this special occasion here in the U.S. Other than being with family, I also look forward to good food that my SIL always prepares. But although we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in the Philippines, we do celebrate special occasions too and give our thanks for the many blessings we have received and continue to receive.
There are a lot of fun things to do and special occasions to look forward to in the fall. And today is just the beginning of this beautiful season.
Happy Fall! It’s supposed to be 90 here today so it doesn’t really feel like fall but it will in a week or two. I’m more of a spring and summer girl, but I do enjoy all the fall activities.

I have to admit i like fall and the weather is not too cold yet but I love summer. I have to get my pumpkin and we still have a lot of kids to Trick or Treat around here.
I have to admit I quite like autumn, this season and spring are probably my favourites. All the colours they bring with them just cheer me up – plus it’s not too hot or too cold.
I just love the fall! So many pretty colors, and it’s not too cold. Plus I love pumpkin stuff. My son is a teen and still trick or treats though. I told my kids they can do it as long as they dress up. I get grown adults coming and I’ll give candy out so long as they are in costume.

Fall is my favorite season of all. I love the cooler temps and beautiful scenery. We plan a trip up the Blue Ridge Pky every year in October to see the fall foliage at its peak.

October is very hard for me. I love this month more than anything but my mom passed away in October 5 years ago. I thoroughly believe she hung on so she could enjoy her favorite month one last time.
