One night a few days ago, our sweet son bought us dinner. He is already earning and decided to give us a treat that beautiful spring night.
Using our favorite food delivery service app, he ordered food from Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Hubby and I had a date night once at this restaurant. We enjoyed the food and hopefully, we’ll get to dine there again in the near future.
Here’s the food that we enjoyed.
Calamari
If you’ve been a constant visitor here, you already know that Calamari is my son’s most favorite appetizer ever.
He was delighted to see this on the menu and didn’t have second thoughts at all of ordering it. Of course!
It was served with marinara sauce.
So good!
Lobster Ravioli
The hubs loves Italian food and that’s exactly why he took me to this restaurant for our date night before.
And this was the dish that he decided to fill his tummy with.
This ravioli was stuffed with lobster and romano in white wine cream sauce and topped with diced tomatoes.
Tuscan-Grilled Chicken & Penne Pomodoro
This was mine.
This was so delicious, but I had to eat the remainder of the pasta the following day because they were just too much for my little tummy. 🙂
The chicken was wood-grilled and seasoned with olive oil and herbs.
Chicken Parmesan & Fries
Chicken for our son too. He is a huge fan of chicken and would it eat every single day. 🙂
And fries as side, as always.
The chicken was coated with breadcrumbs and sautéed and topped with pomodoro sauce, romano and mozzarella.
Sogno Di Cioccolata “Chocolate Dream”
My son chose this dessert that we shared.
It’s a rich fudge brownie with chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
It was so decadent. Nom!
