It’s fall y’all and it’s also apple season.
Apples always remind me of Christmastime in the Philippines. We don’t grow apples there, but there are always a bunch of imported apples for sale during the holiday season. And I remember my Mom would always buy them.
But we just always ate them fresh; that’s nothing like the delicious looking desserts I’m sharing down below.
I have never tried baking any apple desserts yet, but I did have some apple pie at my in-laws before. My SIL would almost always prepare it during Thanksgiving.
So today, I thought of rounding up a few that I would like to make this fall.
Apple Cobbler
I have never had apple cobbler before. I’ve only had peach cobbler and blackberry cobbler. We actually have a favorite blackberry cobbler recipe that we shared here on the blog before.

Apple Crisp
I have seen this all over the blogosphere and I was like, did I have apple crisp before? LOL. I can’t even remember.
And since it looks so good, I’ll try my best to make this recipe this fall.
Crumb-Topped Apple Slab Pie
I had apple pie before and I don’t remember it looking like this. It might have been the same as this, but I sure didn’t notice. LOL.
I bet this is delicious especially with that ice cream on top.
I’m drooling just looking at all these photos of apple recipes. And all of these I got from Cooking Classy. I actually just stumbled upon her site today while browsing the web and it looks like she’s got a lot of delicious recipes on her site. I will have to browse for more.

I make apple everything when fall rolls around. Nothing is better than a delicious treat made with fresh apples.

The apple crisp sounds delicious. Fall always reminds me of warm, fresh bake apple pie or cobbler from my grandma. She loved baking. I miss her dearly and think she could even rock these Snow White mini apple pies.
