It’s October and it’s officially Fall, my favorite season of the four. I’m already seeing a bit of Fall colors in our area and I am so looking forward to the day the leaves reach their peak colors; probably by the second or third week of October.
I’ll talk more about Fall later on in the season. For now, let me do the recap for September, my birth month.
As always, my birthday was extra-special and I can’t thank my husband and son enough for that. They never fail to make it so special for me.
I was blessed with many blog opportunities last month, too. When it rains, it pours, so to speak…in a good way. I’m so grateful for those chances to practice and improve my media skills and I hope October will be the same.
Family Fun
The hubs and I each shared a Currently post . If you’re not aware yet, in those posts we share what we’re “currently” enjoying. From TV shows to food to books.
It’s baseball season and we’ve been watching our favorite team, the Atlanta Braves, play. They won their third consecutive division title and just yesterday won their first round in the playoffs and are now heading to the division series and we couldn’t be more excited. Go Braves!

I Love Food
I shared the food that we all enjoyed on my birthday. If you love seafood like us, you’re going to enjoy learning the food possibilities for your menus as well.
I baked one of my favorite Filipino breads, the ensaymada and loved it. Now I’m thinking of baking another batch.
It’s apple season y’all and I shared apple recipes to make this fall. I can’t wait to try them one by one.
Amazon Shopping
We have shopped on Amazon quite a lot lately and I shared some of that experience last month. Check them all out and perhaps find some of your needs.
That’s a wrap!
How was your September? I hope it was as wonderful as mine was.

I love fall too. We have been spending time outdoors as much as possible. I wish that we had an apple farm around, I’ve always wanted to pick my own apples. I’m hoping we can go to a pumpkin farm this year but we shall see.
