As I mentioned in my birthday dinner post, “Life’s Too Short…Eat More Seafood,” my husband delivered when it came to my birthday gifts. He asked for ideas on what I wanted for my birthday so I answered by creating a birthday gift guide. He had already surprised me with things that he could think of in the past and he was running out of ideas so I made things easier for him. I actually made it too easy for him for he truly spoiled me. I thought he would at least save some of my hints for Christmas. But no problem; I’ll just send more hints his way with hopes that he’ll go crazy again. 🙂

I cook a lot and one time my son was watching me cutting up vegetables using a steak knife and he was like, “You need to have a Chef knife.”
So he got me this signature 7-piece Aikido knife set. Such a beautiful surprise!
It includes an 8-inch Chef knife, a 5-inch Santoku knife, a 7-inch Santoku knife, a 5-inch Utility knife, a 3.5-inch Paring knife, an 8-inch Slicing knife, and an 8-inch Bread knife
How gorgeous are those knives? The blades are made of stainless steel and don’t they look fancy in that packaging? They are super sharp, too!
And the set came with this Yoki knife holder.
My husband and son never fail to shower me with surprises on my birthday. They always spoil me and makes me feel loved. They are truly my blessings.
Those tops are beautiful however, living on a farm, I can’t keep white clean to save my soul.
You got some fabulous things. I like those white tops–I always worry about white tops for me though as I am a messy eater.
That is a cool knife holder. I have to get one of these for my knives.
