We love tacos over here. But I hadn’t had Taco Spaghetti before. So when I came across this video on TikTok, I knew I had to give it a try. Not to mention, I love one-pot meals so it was perfect.
We had it on Tuesday last week so, yes, it was a Taco Spaghetti Tuesday. But I wasn’t the one who prepared it. It was my son who has taken such an interest in learning how to cook. And he did such a great job.
Look at that. It definitely was as good as it looked.
This one-pot taco spaghetti was so easy to make and was ready in minutes with only six ingredients. The kind of meal that is perfect for those busy nights or when you are not into preparing elaborate meals.
I surely have never thought of using taco seasoning in a pasta. Mixing Mexican and Italian cuisine never entered my mind. What a delicious idea! And I was going to grab a box of fettuccine pasta because I have always liked fettuccine over spaghetti, but the hubs prefers spaghetti so there you go. If I would have went with the fettuccine pasta, then this dish would have been called One-Pot Taco Fettuccine which actually sounds cute and without a doubt, delicious too.
You can use either ground turkey or ground beef. We used the latter because the Hubs is definitely a beef guy. You can also choose to use any kind of cheese you want but we used the kind that the content creator used, colby jack. And the more cheese, the better.

We ove tacos on my house and will have to make this for my fancy as the kids will love. it! Perfect for a bust weeknight!
