I love using my Crockpot or slow cooker. I can prepare the dish in the morning and let it sit on the kitchen countertop the entire day and be ready at dinner time at 6 o’clock. Usually, I use it in cooking any meat recipe, though it certainly works on most any dish.

I came across this Crockpot Salisbury Steak recipe on TikTok one day and I knew I had to try it. It’s so easy with very few ingredients; the perfect dish to prepare when life’s a little hectic. And not to mention, it was delicious!

I have shared dishes that I prepared here on the blog before that I saw on TikTok. I am always on the lookout for new recipes to try whether I saw it on TikTok or anywhere else on the internet.

The hubs told me before that his Mom used to buy the frozen Salisbury Steak TV dinners at the supermarket. He said they always enjoyed those easy to grab dinners. I remembered that conversation with him before so when I saw the TikTok video, I immediately saved it.

I love mushrooms. It’s one of my favorite vegetables. My husband loves them too. Mushrooms were definitely missing in those simple TV dinners he ate as a kid. Does my son love mushroom as well? Not much. But he still enjoyed this dish. He put the mushrooms aside though, and just enjoyed the beef patty.

This Crockpot Salisbury Steak is really delicious! And as always, we like to pair it with steamed Jasmine rice, though the Hubs always insists on having his potatoes as opposed to rice.
