My son loves chicken big time. He would eat chicken every single day. I’m actually surprised that he’s still not actually growing feathers. LOL. And that’s why a chicken dish or two are always on the menu every week, much to the Hub’s dismay because he’s a beef guy. He would eat beef every single day, too. He’d be mooing before I knew it. Haha.
There are chicken recipes that I like to prepare regularly, but I am also on the lookout for new chicken recipes to try all the time.
I saw the video for this Dorito Chicken Bites on TikTok and, after learning that it only needs three ingredients, I knew I must give it a try. Nothing beats a recipe that is easy to prepare with very few ingredients and yet, still delicious. This dish definitely checks all those marks.
This is not the first time that I’ve tried a recipe that I saw on TikTok. If you remember, I shared the Crockpot Salisbury Steak last week. And I did a few more recipes before that.
And what are the three ingredients, you might ask? Well, they are…chicken breasts, mayonnaise and a bag of Doritos. I think you can use any kind of flavor of Doritos you want, but I used the Nacho Cheese. I think it’s my favorite flavor amongst all the flavors that they offer. My son does like their spicy flavor as well. The Hubs suggested using the 3D Crunch Chili Cheese Nacho Doritos or even the Flamin’ Hot Cool Ranch flavor. But I don’t like spicy food. I’m okay with mild spiciness but that’s it.
