I always have a desk calendar where I write my to-do list and posting schedules for the blog. I also have a wall calendar where I write appointments and other tasks not relating to the blog. Keeping it organized like that keeps me on track of what lies ahead, what needs to be done first, etc. It makes life easier in that aspect, for sure.
This year, I decided to have a planner. This is not the first time I’ve had a planner, though. I had one a few years back. I just feel like aside from planning the week and month ahead, I also want to take down notes on things that are going to happen on a day-to-day or weekly basis this year.
And here’s my planner for 2023! How cute is this planner? It is a weekly and monthly planner and I just love how colorful and fun it looks. I love plants and flowers, and the plants and flowers in the illustration are just perfect. It’s approximately 6 in. x 8 in. in size which I prefer so it would be easy to carry in my purse when we travel.
I also like how this planner is laid out. There are spots for monthly goals and to-do lists.
Another use of this planner could also be to make notes of important events or memories occurring, just like a diary. And I like that there are also spots for important dates and birthdays to remember.
There’s also spots to create your monthly gratitude journal.
And how about these vibrant and adorable stickers?! If you notice, one’s already missing.
I’ve already taken down notes in the month of January and I’m enjoying all the note taking.

I love having a planner. I am so glad I started using one. It keeps me so organized. I love it.
I have a wall calendar and I love it because it’s a place to remember dates. I also love the photos on it of Italy. I always get Italy. A planner is new to me. I keep trying to use it and I keep forgetting! Once I get the hang of it, I’m sure it’ll be amazing.

Yes, I use a planner to write down what I’m going to do for the week as well as take notes about any research I’ve done.
