Celebrations…that is what February is filled with here in our household. We celebrate our wedding anniversary first, then Valentine’s Day comes next, and last but not the least is the hubs’ birthday. We always make sure to celebrate these occasions with surprises and good food and, as always, every one of them was special.
Loving…
The hubs is good at picking out the perfect cards to give me on our anniversary and Valentine’s Day. He never fails. Me, on the other hand, I always just give him a homemade card. 🙂
Here’s the card that he gave me on our wedding anniversary.
And here’s the card that he gave me on Valentine’s Day. He also added that cutie little koala bear. I already have a bunch of stuffed toys that he’s given me from all the Valentine’s Days that we have celebrated. He didn’t give me chocolates this year, though, because he surprised me with something more.
Enjoying…
All the gifts that my husband gave me on our wedding anniversary and on Valentine’s Day were a total surprise. I sure did not expect him to go overboard, but that is just him. He can really be sneaky at times.
I do believe that he also enjoyed the gifts that I gave him on our wedding anniversary and on his birthday considering the look on his face after he saw them.
Eating…
And, as I mentioned above, we always celebrate special occasions with good food. We enjoyed Italian food on our anniversary, then BBQ for Valentine’s Day, and Mexican food for the hubs’ birthday. I already shared about all of them previously here on the blog and I linked them all below each image.

I can’t believe March is in a couple days. That means my son turns 9 soon. I will soon be “currently” planning his party!

February has been a busy month. I’m looking forward to spring break. I want to be able to go do something with my son.

February was a busy month for me. I am looking forward to taking a little mini vacation on spring break. Be able to saving more money in the future as well
