My daffodils are currently in full bloom which screams one thing, spring is right around the corner! And what comes to mind when spring is in the air? Spring cleaning!
For me, spring cleaning doesn’t only mean cleaning, it also means organizing, purging, and decluttering. I’ve already started purging and decluttering, and now I’m itching to start organizing.
We don’t have a pantry but I’ve created the top of our buffet into our kind of little pantry where we store food that doesn’t fit in our kitchen cabinets. I’m looking at it now and without a doubt, it definitely needs to be organized. It actually works that way, but I still prefer it looking very much organized and pretty. Below are some of the items that I am eyeing. I already have a couple of items from this list and I can’t wait to get the rest.
Airtight POP Container
This would be perfect for the pasta, nuts and chips.
Plastic Organizer Bins, Large
This would be perfect for all the others items that won’t fit in the other containers like a loaf of bread, bag of chips, baking ingredients, etc.
Clear Lazy Susan
When it’s hard to see the items at the back of the cabinet, this would be perfect to use. But I’m also thinking about using it for small items on the buffet.
Glass Penny Jar with Lid
I have this and it now contains packs of hot chocolate.
Cereal Storage Containers
We never run out of cereal because it is what the hubs usually eats for breakfast.
Glass Jar with Lid
I already have this and it now contains different kinds of chocolates.
Expand Shelf
From Parmesan cheese to honey to maple syrup. All the stuff in bottles would fit perfectly here.
Glass Food Containers with Bamboo Wooden Lids
All the different kinds of cookies and crackers would fit perfectly in these containers. And I love the wooden lids.

Spring cleaning, especially in the pantry, has been on my mind since the weather started warming up. My mom gave me new storage containers for Christmas, so I’ll start with that. Anything else I’ll add on if I need. Thanks so much for sharing!

We have similar clear plastic bins in our pantry and they are so useful! I bought a bunch in various sizing which was great for customization

I recently started purging the kids closets and I hope to move onto organizing soon. I just bought my first lazy Susan for our pantry a month and I feel slightly organized every time I spin it. Lol!

I love this sort of post. I love to keep all my kitchen cupboards organised. I keep specific items in certain cupboards too to ensure it is easy to find what I need. I even put things in date order. Having the right containers is really important to help keep you organised.
