Time sure flies when you’re having fun! Before we knew it, it was our time to leave my hometown. But we made wonderful memories that we will cherish all of our lifetimes. I shared them all here on the blog previously and you can check the links to all those stories at the bottom of this post.
And on our last night there before our departure the following day to Manila, our family surprised us with a despedida (farewell) party. Aren’t they the sweetest?

There we all are. My sister’s not in the photo because she was still at work.

And all of them brought food to share. How thoughtful! Look at all those goodies.

My nephew and his girlfriend brought these gigantic pizzas.

My other nephew and his wife brought these chicken dishes. There were like four different flavors.

Then my niece and her husband brought this sushi platter.

And my brother and sister-in-law brought these Vietnamese rolls.
My brother-in-law and my sister also shared two beef dishes. You can see them on the top left of the second picture. My niece, Mawee, took these photos and she missed taking close-up photos of those.
All the foods were really delicious and we all enjoyed them. They sure knew what food to bring and share.
We are blessed to have such a sweet family who always makes sure to make us feel special and loved. Until our next vacation!
