I came across this one-pot beef stroganoff recipe on TikTok recently and knew I had to give it a try. It was my first time to have prepared this dish and since it’s a one-pot meal, which I find very convenient to prepare, I didn’t have second thoughts of giving it a try!
If I remember it right, the last time I’d had beef stroganoff was during a party in my hometown years ago. It was a party but I forgot what we were celebrating. My Mom would just always order food when we had parties and a beef stroganoff was one of the dishes that she ordered. It was really good and I do remember everybody liking it.
Just like chicken dishes which we always have on the menu here every week, we also always have at least a beef dish to enjoy. We all enjoy a good beef dish over here. More than anything, we are suckers for a delicious steak. All of us also love a good pasta. So you put those two together, you got beef stroganoff. Perfect!
I just used half a pack of egg noodles in this pot; that was why it looks like there is still a lot of sauce. I was supposed to use one whole pack of egg noodles as per the content creator’s recipe, but I figured it would be too much for the three of us.
It still turned out good, though, despite it looking like it had a lot of sauce. I liked it and my husband and son liked it as well. My son actually made a special request of this dish again after he saw this post.
