Goodbye, November! Hello, December!
November has come and gone and we’re now on the last month of the year. Can you believe that? But I am not at all complaining because this is certainly my favorite time of the year. And just to give you a heads up in case you have forgotten…there is only 24 days ’til Christmas! Yay!
Anyhoo, here’s the recap for November. Check on what you might have missed.
Early Monday morning drive in Downtown. It was almost 8 o’clock, but it was surprising to see the streets empty.

The highlight of November is of course, Thanksgiving. As always, my sister-in-law prepared a feast and we’re all stuffed. The food is always superb! Nom!

I always share the recipes that I found on TikTok and got to try.
I love a good egg roll – it’s one of my faves to order at our favorite Chinese restaurant here in the city. Wrapping the mixture to create an egg roll can be daunting so I didn’t have second thoughts when I saw this egg roll in a bowl.
I love tofu and this easy and quick recipe was so good.

I like the look of the egg roll in a bowl too! I just love the wonton wrappers that are fried…. so that is all that I will miss but the bowl version is for sure better for you 😉 Love those items from Target and your plate from Thanksgiving is making me hungry!
