Winter has just begun since we’re still in its first full month, but let me make this Currently post for January the Winter Edition because of the brutally cold days we had recently. Like…BRRR!!!
February is usually the coldest month here in our neck of the woods, but because of the arctic blast which swept the nation, we have already been hit with some brutal temps and some flurries. We had single digit lows and highs in the teens for a couple of days plus gusty winds. But the weather is starting to warm up now and I hope it will continue. How’s the weather where you are?
Watching…
Fool Me Once on Netflix. I was watching a show on TV when the host interviewed the lead actress for this series. So I checked it out and I’m almost done watching. I love a good thriller and I’m enjoying this one.
Listening…
Anyone here familiar with the rock duo Air Supply? I remember hearing their songs on the radio growing up. Then I thought of listening to them again via Alexa and my husband said their songs are sappy. LOL. I like listening to those soft rock songs while I am doing my online tasks.
Loving…
I took this picture the day after we had about an inch of snow. There is really something beautiful about those naked branches. Don’t you think so, too?
Enjoying…
We took a road trip to South Carolina a few weeks back and enjoyed the ride. And we had lunch at Waffle House on our way home. Waffle House is our favorite restaurant to go to when we’re on a road trip.
Drinking…
I started drinking this powdered drink mix after my sister told me about it. She is so much into drinking healthy drinks and after I learned about the benefits of this one, I decided to give it a try. It’s called Amazing Barley. It is made of pure organic barley grass from Australia. I don’t know exactly how to describe the taste, but I told my sister it tasted like grass. I was kidding, of course. The taste isn’t bad, though.
Eating…
Those hotdogs are Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdogs and you will not know they exist not unless you are Filipino. LOL. Those hotdogs are the most famous hotdogs in our country and we usually have them for breakfast with eggs either hard boiled, sunny-side-up or scrambled, and rice either fried or steamed.
My mouth literally watered when my sister showed me those hotdogs that she was having for breakfast so, I ordered some from a Filipino online store that is based in California and my son and I were happy campers.
Looking Forward To…
Our next road trip. It will be here before we know it.
How about you? Any Currently for January that you want to share?

I don’t think I’m familiar with Air Supply, I’ll have to look into the band because I can always use new (to me) tunes to WFH to. Those hotdogs look so bright red, I’d try one!
