Over the weekend, I got the chance to watch the advance screening of the film, Forty-Seven Days with Jesus.
The movie retells the story of Jesus’ final days on Earth.
It also tells a story of love and redemption about the Burdon family which is composed of Joseph, Juliana and their two kids. Their family got disconnected because of Joseph’s work, but Joseph eventually redeemed himself and realized family is the most important thing of all.
I enjoyed how they narrated the story of Jesus in a musical form which features original music.
The movie stars Yoshi Barrigas as Joseph, and Catherine Lidstone as Juliana.
Easter is right around the corner and what better way to get ready for Easter than by taking your family to watch this beautiful film.

Witht the Lenten season approaching in the PH this last week of March, it is a time for contemplation on the life and death of Jesus. Forty-seven days with Jesus could be the best film to watch. I hope this is available on Netflix.
