My son loves to travel and explore new places. He loves to eat, too. He’s so like me. I think I’m his biggest influence when it comes to those things. And as I mentioned on my Mother’s Day post, he is currently away, but I am always up-to-date on what he is up to. We talk and he sends me messages every single day.
Over the weekend, him and his buddies went out to eat and decided to go to P.F. Chang’s. We’ve been to P.F. Chang’s before – once here in the city, and the other one was in Charleston, South Carolina. We like that restaurant.
My son is not a blogger, but he would always take photos of what he eats to send to me. I believe I have influenced him on that aspect, too. And I am more than happy to receive them all.
There were three of them and these were the goodies that they enjoyed. No filter necessary for these photos. My son captured them so deliciously!
Mongolian Beef
Lo Mein
Crispy Honey Chicken
Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs
He said they also ordered this but he forgot to take a picture. Also, I forgot to ask him who got what among these dishes, though being the chicken lover he is the Crispy Honey Chicken was most likely his choice. Anyhoo, as per him, it was a great lunch and they’d go back soon!
My son had been to many places and had eaten in fancy restaurants; more than me, actually. He had been on a Cruise to the Bahamas with his buddies and had also eaten at a Michelin star restaurant in Miami before. And he has more travel and foodie adventures ahead and I couldn’t be more excited and happy for him. Wishing and praying for all the best in the world for my unico hijo!
Happy Foodie Friday, friends!

I’ve only been to PF Chang’s once and, sadly, didn’t have the best experience. However, that looks AMAZING and I am definitely ready to give them another chance. Yum!

I’ve never tried P. F. Chang’s before but it sounds like they have a varied range of dishes. I’d love to try the Mongolian beef and also that crispy honey chicken. The chicken sounds really good.
