A good sheet pan meal is something I always enjoy. It doesn’t only fill my tummy with deliciousness, but it is also easy to prepare and, not to forget, the easy clean up which is always a plus.
Came across this sheet pan steak and veggies recipe on TikTok. I lost track of how many recipes I have already tried from TikTok. I have shared most of them here on the blog so if you’re not new here, perhaps, you have seen most of them, if not all.

Dishes with a lot of vegetables always entice me. They literally make my mouth water. I love all the vegetables on this dish so I immediately gave it a try and it was so good.

I did skip some of the seasonings that the creator used, though, because I am not into spicy food. But I’ve included a link to the video below if you want to check the video.
Here’s how I prepared it.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb New York Strip steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 10 pieces yellow potatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 pack green beans
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Avocado oil
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lined sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place steak and all the veggies on the sheet pan.
- Coat steak with avocado oil and season generously with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then toss. Do the same with all the veggies.
- Bake for 37 to 40 minutes.
- Toss all together and serve.

Look how yummy that looks! And guess what? We’re going to have it for dinner again tonight. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. You can check the video here if you like.
How about you? Have you tried preparing this dish before?
