Goodbye, August! Hello, September! The ‘ber’ months have begun and I couldn’t be any happier. September is my birth month and, not to mention, Christmas starts in September in my home county, the Philippines. And although I am not there, it still excites me because Christmas is my favorite time of the year and it feels like it’s right around the corner once September begins. Don’t you feel it, too?
Anyhoo, it’s a new month which only means one thing, a rewind of last month here on the blog. So, here’s August recap for you. Check on what you might have missed.
Family & Fun
We attended my great-niece’s wedding in early August which was held at a farm. It was my first time to have attended a wedding at a farm and it was a beautiful one.
I always watch the Summer Olympics and this year’s games did not disappoint. My home country won two gold medals which was amazing.
I Love Food
As always, I shared new recipes that we have just tried and enjoyed. Have you tried any of them, yet? Shared a food trip to a deli, too.

There were so many great deals for back to school shopping on Amazon as well a lot of great deals on Labor Day. I think Labor Day deals are still going on so go check them out if you haven’t yet.

This August recap is filled with so much variety. I too love food and this summer Olympics, especially the volleyball matches were pretty wonderful.
