Goodbye April, hello May!
As usual, the month that just was seemed to fly by so quick and that is why we try our best to make the most of life and enjoy every single day as much as we can, most especially if the weather out there is gorgeous. It kind of took some time for spring to arrive, but I’m so glad that it’s finally here.
It’s always nice to look back on what we’ve done over the previous month. We usually share most of those activities here on the blog so, here I am once again with last month’s recap.
Travel
The hubs and I stroll downtown from time to time. The first day of spring in Asheville was a gorgeous one so we made sure to enjoy that day walking and sight seeing downtown.
Plant shopping is one of the things that I look forward to doing in the spring so we took a drive to a nearby town to visit a greenhouse.
Fun and Leisure
Springtime is also golf time for the hubs. If the weather is nice out there, then off we go to the golf course. There were times though that he so wanted to play, but couldn’t because of the weather and he ranted about it on his post, Hello Spring! Is Your Sun Ever Returning for an Entire Week at a Time?
Hubby also shared about one of his favorite pastimes…books. You should read his posts:

Food
I have been enjoying meal planning and I shared how a week of meal planning looks over here. Do you meal plan?

It looks like I have to go to Asheville to get my flowers and plants, Lynndee! The greenhouse is absolutely GORGEOUS! I was just at my local nursery yesterday and it doesn’t look anywhere near as nice.
The Filipino-style spaghetti looks delicious. I’m always interested in trying something new. 🙂
