With summer just a couple of weeks away for our kiddo, I’ve been browsing the web and collecting lunch ideas for our teen. He eats lunch at school so it was never a problem for me what to feed him during school days. And during the weekends, it is usually brunch for us since we usually sleep in.
Oops, don’t be fooled by this picture. This is just what our lunch looks like when we go out of town or when we travel. I guess you already have an idea what restaurant this is. It’s just easier to stop at this restaurant to grab lunch before we continue our journey. And my boys sure love their bacon and eggs.
I already shared this picture on Instagram a few days ago so you must have seen this already if you are my follower.
There are a lot of easy and healthy lunch ideas for teens online, but the problem is, my son can be very picky. He only eats a few kinds of vegetables. I know, right? But I was so like him at that age. I know he’ll change in the future. But he does have his favorite foods to eat.
Here’s a few lunch ideas I saw online that I’m sure he would really eat and enjoy.
And here’s a few more from this list of 20 Healthy and Easy Lunch Ideas for Teens.

My kids are old enough to prepare their own lunches, and truthfully, their food is usually more appetizing than the stuff my husband and I make, We’re old school, sandwiches for lunch, but they make eggs, salad, smoothies, mac and cheese, burgers and more. (Not all at once though!) They will love the ideas you shared.
