Happy National Taco Day!
I sure enjoy a good taco and so does my husband and son, but I didn’t know today is National Taco Day until I saw it on Good Morning America. They showed how to prepare gourmet taco recipes you can make at home including the Hard tacos stuffed with sautéed bok choy and topped with chicken adobo. Adobo is a popular Filipino dish which could either be pork or chicken so, I was delighted to see this taco recipe and I can’t wait to try it.
So in celebration of National Taco Day, I scoured the net for taco recipes and look at these taco recipes. Don’t they look mouthwatering?
Ground Beef Tacos
I prepared ground beef tacos before, but it’s different than these. It was also good and I want to try this one too.
Grilled Chicken Street Tacos
I have never tried chicken in my tacos so this sure is a must-try for me because I do love grilled chicken.
Shrimp Tacos
We love seafood and since I haven’t tried shrimp tacos, we should give this a try too.
Breakfast Tacos with Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa
Tacos for breakfast? I sure have never thought of that. This is what I want for breakfast right now, but I don’t have all the ingredients needed. Bummer!
All these taco recipes are making me want to dive into them and enjoy them to the fullest. But since I don’t have all the ingredients needed and I don’t think I have all the time to grab them and prepare the tacos, I may just have to drag the Hubs to the nearest restaurant and fill my taco craving. That would be a great idea, don’t you think?
How about you? Are you going to celebrate National Taco Day too?

Wow, this taco dish looks so good. My good friend is a Philipino. I can never forget the tasty beef stew her mom made for us a few times. Plus I use Adobo seasoning. This makes me wonder if the origin of that seasoning is also from the Philipines!

Ground beef and shrimp tacos are our favorites! Well of course, left over rotisserie chicken becomes chicken tacos the next day. Tacos are definitely a hearty, filling, easy to prepare meal for the family!
