Goodbye, May! Hello, June!
Hope your first day of June is off to a great start.
Our mornings have been quite chilly here lately which makes me feel that summer is still so far away. So yeah, even though it’s already June, it sure doesn’t feel like summer is just around the corner, temps wise. But I’ll take it because I know the heat will be on before we know it, though it will be nothing like I used to live with in the Philippines which I certainly don’t miss. I actually enjoy coolness, something I’d never experienced before Hubby Harry brought me to the U.S.
May has gone by in a jiffy. We only go out to go grocery shopping every two weeks and yet it feels like we still go out every week. Do you feel the same way too?
Anyway, here’s the recap for May. Take a look on what you might have missed here on our little corner of the internet.
Family & Fun
Mother’s Day was wonderful for me, as always because my husband and son never fails to make it extra-special for me. They always make me feel so loved and spoil me to bits. I’ve shared what they surprised me with on the link below.
My husband and I also share what we’re currently enjoying and loving in our Currently posts. Links below.

Entertainment
As expected, my bookworm husband shared the books that he read last month.
He also talked about the basketball legend, Michael Jordan. We really enjoyed watching his docuseries.
Good Food, Good Times
I baked one of my favorite Filipino bread, Pan de Coco and it was delicious. Get the link to the recipe below.
We also enjoyed good food on Mother’s Day and one night a few days ago, our sweet son bought us dinner.
Nom!
Lastly, with what’s going on in the world now, I shared my thoughts on face masks amid COVID-19.
That’s a wrap!
How was your May? I hope it was great!
