If you’ve been here before, on Fridays most especially, I think you already know that I’ve been baking quite a lot over here, mostly bread.
I’m not an expert in baking bread. I’m actually just learning the art of baking. And they may not be perfect, but I must say, they sure tasted good. Well, for me and my son and husband, at least. 🙂
The latest I did were these sweet cheese rolls.
So what made me decide to bake these? I am following my favorite Filipino actress on Instagram and she baked these. It was her first time to bake these cheese rolls, too.
I love cheese bread and I actually baked Filipino cheese bread before which I shared here on the blog. You can find the link to that on the bottom of the this post.
So I looked for a cheese roll recipe online and found one. There are actually a lot of cheese roll recipes online, but when I look for one, I usually check the reviews and then see if the instructions are easy enough for me to follow.
And here’s my first attempt to bake these sweet cheese rolls.
As you can see, the sizes are not uniform. LOL. But trust me, they did taste like sweet cheese rolls. Hehe.
I love having bread either for snack in the afternoon or with my cup of hot coffee in the morning.
They’re the best when they just came out of the oven. But we can’t gobble them all at once. LOL. So, I put the others in the fridge.
Not sure why some of ’em popped open and exposed the cheese. Maybe because of the size of my dough, huh? 🙂
