And just like that, January is over and here comes February. But I couldn’t be more excited because February is the most celebrated month over here and I am definitely excited about all the occasions we’re going to celebrate even if it means we’re going to be quarantining. The most important thing is being around the most important people in my life and nothing else.

I always looked back to the year that was. It’s always fun for me to reminisce the memories that we created over the past year, whether it’s a fun one or not. But although the year 2020 was a pandemic event, it wasn’t a bad year for us at all and for that I am grateful.
This is the first time that I’ve created a Top 10 List of my posts. What prompted me to do that was seeing the numbers in regard to the pageviews and impressions on Pinterest. Some of them were such a nice surprise and I was delighted.
It’s All About Freshly Baked Breads of 2020
The year 2020 was a year of baking for a lot of people. And although it wasn’t in my plan to bake that much, I got so hyped up after my son gifted me a stand mixer on Mother’s Day. Baking was made easier with the mixer, for sure.
I don’t do resolutions, but I make a list of goals for the year. So far, I haven’t done any of those goals on my list yet because I am still waiting for the right timing.

Having a good credit score is definitely important and I shared my tips on how to maintain a good one.
