Hearing from my husband that baseball season will soon start made me nostalgic. It reminds me of our summer vacation to Atlanta last year where we watched our favorite Atlanta Braves play. That was the highlight of our vacation, but we also made sure to check the popular attractions in the city like, The World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Cyclorama, Atlanta Zoo and Underground Atlanta.

The photo below shows the Golden Dome or the Georgia State Capitol. It is located in the heart of the city. We passed by it every time we go back to our hotel which was in downtown Atlanta.

I only used to see this beautiful dome on television whenever we watched baseball. I was delighted to see it up close and personal. It was gorgeous! How I wish I snapped a close-up photo though. Maybe when we get back.
