Goodbye, May! Hello, June! We’re almost halfway through the year which really makes you think that this year is flying by so quick. But I couldn’t be more excited for June. There are just so much to look forward to this month and I’m hoping and praying that everything will fall into place. Keeping all my fingers crossed, too.
Anyhoo, it’s a new month which only means one thing here on the blog, a recap. So, here’s the recap for May. Check on what you might have missed.
All Things Fun
The northern lights became visible to the U.S. last month. It’s usually seen up North, but the South got to enjoy it, too. I didn’t because it was past my bedtime. But my friend in Michigan got to see it and shared her photos with me.
As always, my Mother’s Day was so special. Grateful and thankful to my husband and son for not failing to make it so special for me every year.
Also shared a new country album to listen to. I love listening to country music and that album is a good one.
I Love Food
And as always, I share new recipes that we have tried and food that we enjoyed indulging in. I shared two recipes as well as the lobster feast that my husband and I enjoyed on Mother’s Day. I also enjoyed sharing my son’s foodie adventure somewhere in Georgia. And how about those delicious, ready-to-blend smoothies? Have you tried them yet?
That’s a wrap for May recap!
How was your May? I hope it was great! Here’s to an amazing June!

Happy to know that you had a great month last May. We also had a blast with our recent beach trip. Indeed, this year is flying by so quick. I was hoping for a kinder and better month this June but unfortunately, we had a volcanic eruption last Monday so, we’re kind of worried.

May flew by! I missed the Northern lights, which I am quite disappointed about, but it is neat that the viewing was so good here in NY.
