Kung Hei Fat Choi! We don’t celebrate the Lunar New Year but coming from Asia, I am familiar with the celebration. But some Filipinos celebrate the holiday by enjoying some of the Chinese traditions like the food that they eat to welcome the new year. Both the hubs and I enjoy Chinese food so we might grab some today, even though it might not be the kind of food that they eat, to welcome the new year. 🙂
Anyhoo, I usually make a post about my goals for the year and I decided to just share about them on my Currently post this time.
Loving…
It is still in my goal to continue to stay organized thus, having a planner.
I have been loving having a planner for years now. I get to jot down everything in there from important dates, to-dos, notes, etc. It’s also a great reminder of previous events whether eventful or not.
Love the simplicity of the cover of this pink planner. My previous ones were totally different with art designs all over the cover.
But I chose to have the one with monthly tabs now. I started having one last year and I prefer it more than anything. This planner is 8″x 10″ which is the size that I like.
Enjoying…
I am also continuing my goal of walking at least 30 minutes a day on our treadmill. I did it last year and although I did miss some days, I did it most of the year. And, so far this year, I have not missed a day, yet. Knock on wood! 🙂
You can find the treadmill that we have on my post HERE. My son bought it and I love it because it is compact which is perfect for a small space. Please excuse the blurry image. I was walking when I took the shot.
Eating & Drinking…
Continuing to eat healthier is also still on my vocab.
I start my day with a cup of coffee in the morning mixed with an oatmilk creamer plus two teaspoons of chia seeds and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Got the idea from my sister.
I then eat my non-fat Greek yogurt topped with a bunch of blueberries for breakfast.
Then I eat whole foods for lunch and dinner.
Still trying my best to drink 64 ounces of water daily, though.
Looking Forward To…
February is the most celebrated month over here so I am so looking forward to that one. I love food and I always look forward to celebrating with good food and exciting surprises. That said, I do need to do some shopping for gifts.
How about you? Any Currently or 2025 goals you want to share?

I have an old fashioned filo fax it literally has my life in it. From appointments, important dates and so much more. I love writing things down and use it more than a digital planner
