February is the most celebrated month over here. It’s in this month that we celebrate our wedding anniversary, then comes Valentine’s Day and lastly, the hubs’ birthday. So I think it’s just right to make this month’s Currently post the edition for all the special occasions.

The hubs never fails to grab a card for me for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day. And there’s always an added sweet note in each of those cards.
He has always grabbed the card with the perfect message for us. And there’s the beautiful necklace that he gave me. I mentioned it on the anniversary dinner that I shared previously.
I’ve always loved Snoopy and that was just the cutest card for Valentine’s Day.

My brother-in-law, sister-in-law and their son gave the hubs a birthday dinner party at a restaurant. He knew first hand about the dinner treat, but he didn’t know about who else were going to be there and most of his relatives showed up. It was really nice to see everybody again.
Here’s cake that my sister-in-law bought. As usual, I didn’t have room after my meal, but my sister-in-law gave us the remainder of this cake to take home. And there was still a lot left.
If I am not mistaken, my sister-in-law made this cheesecake.
Eating…
We chose to have dinner at the same restaurant for our anniversary again. I already talked about it previously. We just stayed home on Valentine’s Day and I just prepared us steak, au gratin potatoes straight out of the box and roasted asparagus. And as I mentioned above, my in-laws treated us to dinner for the hubs’ birthday.

Always love celebrating a special occasion with good food, sweet surprises and thoughtful people.

Spring! This winter has been really cold and I can hardly wait for spring to sprung.
