On today’s food post, there’s no pretty presentation on a pretty plate with a pretty backdrop. Only 100% goodness and absolute deliciousness! 🙂
This is one of those dinner meals that I thought of doing out of the blue. I saw a recipe online, but I didn’t have all the ingredients that it needed. Also, the recipe was baked and for that night, I preferred a stir-fry which is one of my favorites things to cook. So this dish was created without the plan of sharing it with you all. Thus, the not so pretty presentation. After it’s done and after I tasted it, I realized it is a must share because it was absolutely delicious. So here you go!
Among the many different varieties of fishes, salmon is my most favorite of all. Not only because of its healthy benefits, but also because of how tasty it is even with only a dash of pepper on it. So glad that both my husband and son love it too.
And this dish is so quick and easy to make. Not to mention, very healthy. I’ve always been a lover of quick and easy recipes. Our life gets hectic sometimes and quick and easy to prepare recipes are definitely life savers. I’ve always preferred home-cooked meals more than anything so I am always on the lookout for quick and easy recipes and love to create one on my own too.
Here’s the recipe for you to try.

We had this dish earlier this week and it’s going to be on the menu again next week. I know, right? I just can’t get enough of this meal. It’s just so delicious for my delicious food-loving palate.
Let me know if you get to try it and what you think about it. I do hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Salmon is one of my favorite fish. I love this recipe for that and for the mushrooms. Anytime you put mushrooms on something, it becomes infinitely better.

My husband and I would love to have as much fish as we can! It has that healthy omega-3 oil that is good for the heart. I have to give this recipe a try! Love that it has mushrooms and garlic!

Great recipe! My husband always goes salmon fishing in the summer, and we always have tons in our freezer. I love finding new salmon recipes so I have lots of ideas to make sure we use all he catches. I think I have dinner for tonight!

This looks delicious. I haven’t tried Salmon yet. I’m not typically a big fish eater. I have been reluctant to try frozen fish. Do you have a brand that you recommend?

I am not a huge mushroom fan, but my husband is! Honestly, neither of us has ever tried salmon! We probably should one of these days.

Oh yum! I’ve not had a savory salmon before. Well I guess I have, but normally it is just like lemon squeezed on it, and some dill!! Thanks for the new recipe.
