My love for smoothies started way back when I was a kid. I remember my mom preparing them almost everyday for our afternoon snack and there were even days that we had it twice a day. I think that was when my love for avocado started too. All of us in the family love avocado and avocado smoothie is my absolute favorite of all smoothies.
My mom’s recipe was very simple. She would only add evaporated milk, sugar and ice with the avocado. Blend them all together and presto! We’d have our smoothie! But isn’t it going to delight you if your smoothie has only two ingredients, not to mention very healthy ones at that? I’m actually having another glass of this delicious and healthy avocado smoothie now while writing this.
Aside from smoothies, one of the many desserts that satisfy my palate is yogurt. So, imagine my delight when I discovered LALA® Yogurt Smoothies – two of my favorites in one.
LALA® Yogurt Smoothies are made with real fruit and I already enjoyed just drinking the yogurt smoothie alone, but I thought of adding my favorite fruit to give it more consistency, not to mention giving its health benefits a boost.
You can find LALA® Yogurt Smoothies at the Chilled Desserts section of Walmart in different flavors. And guess what? With an in-store coupon, you can save $1 on any one 4-pack or one 10-pack if you purchase any fresh produce item.
Do you want to make my two-ingredient Healthy Avocado Smoothie too? Here’s the recipe for you to try.
What you need:
1 bottle of LALA® Yogurt Smoothies Wild Strawberry (7 fl. oz.)
1 avocado
3 cubes ice (optional)
What to do:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
Note:
This recipe is good for one cup.
How quick and easy is that?! Too perfect for busy days especially for those people who are always on the go.
I made two cups, one for me and one for the husband. It was really delicious I couldn’t help but make some more and the husband couldn’t help but ask for more too. 🙂
Do you love smoothies? Have you tried the LALA® Yogurt Smoothies yet? I would love to hear your stories!

I’m a big fan of the green smoothie. I have one almost every morning for breakfast. I usually add chia or hemp seeds, but I like the idea of switching it up with avocado. It sounds yummy.

I love all of the benefits of avocados but I’m not a huge fan of the test by itself , so I love that the strawberry helps with that while giving me the great immunoboost of avocados!
