Hi, y’all!
Welcome to the home we inhabit when we go sailing through the ether of cyberspace. This is just one of the many of thousand roads we’ve traveled just to get to this point in time, especially seeing that when we began this endeavor, we were separated by half-a-world of space and time, not to mention the largest ocean in the world. Plus, we were yet to even meet face-to-face, much less be engaged and married.
And the story of this adventure is what you will discover as you peruse our site, the events and efforts expended by two like-minded spirits creating a shared world.
More About the Authors
Harry
There are no specific themes to what we share here, though I will admit I do many book reviews because I’m a ‘ bookaholic,’ and being a history buff, I write about history books and the events I lived through or other times that are of a great interest to me.
Other than loving books and history, I’m a puzzle addict. I especially enjoy working the New York Times’ Crossword and doing Sudoku puzzles. I’ve been playing the guitar since I was 13 (self-taught) and love all genres of music, other than rap. I also have a dream of being a writer other than a blog writer for I’ve been attempting novels and short stories for years. But it was Lynndee who opened the world of blogging to me when she invited me to become her co-blogger.
After meeting Lynndee online, that’s one of the things that attracted me to her, her strength and fortitude in dealing with the dire situation she was facing at that time. From that point, one thing led to another, first her inviting me to be a co-blogger and that connection eventually led to me making a long trip to the Philippines to meet her and the rest is…history.

My forte is food and recipes, road trips and telling about our son, Yogi’s life, especially his endeavors in school and the experiences he’s enjoyed since arriving in America. I especially focus on the Filipino foods of my home country and desserts because I have a sweet tooth. I am not a chef nor consider myself an excellent cook. I just love cooking.
As for the road trips, my husband, Harry has made a great effort to introduce me and my son to our new home country and the two of us have shared the experiences we had in our travels in some of our posts. I began my blogging career in the Philippines after the death of my husband and that’s how I made my living to support myself and my baby son.
I’ve been blogging for more than seven years now and things have not changed. I’m still enjoying it immensely.
Feel free to follow our adventures in our continuing journey as we chronicle the life we’re building as we travel on our way to forever, together.
